Information we collect
When you book a ride or contact us, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, trip date and time, mobility needs, and any notes.
When you apply for a job, we collect the details you enter and the CV you attach. Applications are emailed to our hiring team and are not stored on this website.
How we use it
We use this information only to schedule and provide your transportation, contact you about your booking, send invoices and receipts, review job applications, and, if you opt in, send text messages about your booking.
Payments
Online card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by Fortress Mobility.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run this website, send emails and texts, and process payments, and only as needed to provide our service. Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.
Text messages
Texts are sent only if you opt in. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
